RETURNS POLICY (Customers outside the European Union)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The package must be clearly marked with the following statement “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED”. If the package does not clearly state the above, Bananashoes may not be able to accept delivery of the return package. Upon return of the goods, we will then credit your account to the value of the goods. The postage costs in getting the goods to you are however not refundable.
