All of our parcels are given a tracking number which is sent to you in your ‘Shipping Confirmation Email’. Please check the email for details of your parcel and how to track it. if you do not have a Shipping Confirmation Email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

I can’t find my size on the website. Can I check if you have my size in stock?
We list all of our available stock on the website. If you want to double check whether we might have a pair in stock but not showing online, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can also let you know when our items will be restocked.
I can’t find a phone number to call BananaShoes?
We do not have a phone line, however we pride ourselves on replying to all of our customers’ emails as quickly as we possibly can. Please email us on email@example.com to get hold of us. We also have a popup chat system on the website and will receive any messages sent to us even when we're showing as 'offline'.

I returned my items and requested a refund but I have not been refunded yet. How do I chase this?
We will process refunds within 7 days of receiving the items back to us. Please ensure all returns are sent to us by signed and tracked delivery methods. If it has been longer than 7 days and you have not received your refund, please email us at email@example.com
