Any business that is registered with Companies House in the UK and is looking to expand its product offering is eligible to become a wholesaler. This includes retailers, distributors, and other businesses that wish to purchase products in bulk for resale or further distribution.

Once your wholesale account has been approved simply login and place your order online here.
Ordering online is quick and efficient and means that you can check stock availability in real time.
Once you are at the checkout stage, you can choose to pay via bank transfer. The bank details will be provided within your order summary.
After placing your order, we will reserve your items for 7 days, giving you time to complete the payment. Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and shipped.
All orders completed before 12pm UK time Monday to Friday will be shipped the next day once payment has been confirmed. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day - We tend to allow 2 to 3 days depending on UK postage services.
For wholesale orders only, we only provide that capability to the UK, for any retail order we can ship across the EU and Internationally.
All wholesale orders are considered final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team on the day of delivery to notify us. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly at customerservice@bananashoes.com
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale purchases is £500. This ensures that we can offer you the best prices and manage our stock efficiently.
